Shipping & Exchange
Once you place an order, your piece will be shipped within 1 week. All prices are inclusive of tax, so there are no hidden costs. At Perini, we invest a great deal of love and care in crafting each piece. As a result, we do not offer refunds on any products sold. However, if you need an exchange or a credit note, we’re here to help.
If you’re unsure about the size or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at orders@periniglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer care team will get in touch within 1-2 business days to guide you through the return and exchange process. They may request additional information or photographs to assess your return request, so please assist them.
