Perini Exchange Policy

At Perini, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth exchange experience.

1. Policy Type

• Only size exchanges are accepted.
• No refunds or product exchanges are permitted.

2. Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• A product can be exchanged only once.

3. Exchange Fee

• A flat ₹300 fee applies per exchange.
• Reverse pickup is available for select pin codes; otherwise, customers may self-ship.

4. Conditions

• Exchanges are processed only once per order, subject to stock availability.
• Sale or customised items are not eligible.
• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

5. Colour Variation

• The colour of garments may vary up to 10% due to photography and lighting.
• Such differences are not considered defects.

6. Exchange Process

• Share your Order ID, reason for exchange, and preferred size.
• The new product will be shipped after quality check and approval.
