Refund and Return Policy

At Perini, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order in accordance with the policy below.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from perini.in. Any request related to products purchased through third-party sellers, marketplaces, or offline distributors will not be accepted.


REFUND POLICY

  • You may return items purchased from perini.in for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the order.

  • Once your return is approved and passes quality checks, we will credit the refund amount to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Products are eligible for exchange within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • incorrect product received,

    • incorrect size (different from what you ordered),

    • or damaged/defective product.

  • If the returned product does not pass quality checks, the same product will be shipped back to you.


GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN/EXCHANGE

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  1. The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  2. The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  3. All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

  4. A video of the unboxing process must be shared in case of missing items, wrong product, or damage claims. Such claims must be raised within 24 working hours of delivery.

  5. Return shipping charges may apply:

    • ₹150 for orders under 1 kg

    • ₹250 for orders above 1 kg

    • A 5% transaction fee is deducted from the refund as a non-refundable processing fee.


RETURN PROCESS

  1. To raise a return or exchange request, email us at query@periniglobal.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Product SKU

    • Reason for return/exchange

  2. Our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep.

  3. If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product. In such cases, we will reimburse up to ₹100 towards shipping charges.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your product is received and passes quality checks at our warehouse.


FAILED PICKUPS

Our courier partner will make three pickup attempts. If the product is not handed over within these attempts, the return request will be marked as failed.

Important:

  • We are not responsible if you hand over the wrong product during pickup.

  • Products failing quality checks will be shipped back to you.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations

  • Orders (Prepaid or COD) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • For prepaid orders:

    • A credit note (valid for 90 days) can be issued, OR

    • You may replace the order with another item of equal value.

To cancel: Email us at query@periniglobal.com with your order ID.

Perini Cancellations

We may cancel orders due to:

  • unavailability of materials,

  • incorrect product listings,

  • or suspected fraudulent activity.

Refunds for such cancellations will be issued in full to the customer’s original payment method, and a notification will be sent via email.

Cancellation Charges

  • Prepaid order cancellations by customers may incur a 2–3% payment gateway charge.
