1. Policy Type

Only size exchanges are accepted.
No refunds or product exchanges are permitted.

2. Eligibility

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
A product can be exchanged only once.

3. Exchange Fee

A flat ₹300 fee applies per exchange.
Reverse pickup is available for select pin codes; otherwise, customers may self-ship.

4. Conditions

Exchanges are processed only once per order, subject to stock availability.
Sale or customised items are not eligible.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

5. Colour Variation

The colour of garments may vary up to 10% due to photography and lighting.
Such differences are not considered defects.

The new product will be shipped after quality check and approval.
